Junior School Council

We are fortunate to have a fantastic group of 12 students who have volunteered their time to meet during lunch times periodically to make suggestions, organise and help run fundraising events at our school. Sometimes the funds raised go towards something we are working towards for our school, but often they are an opportunity for the children to think beyond themselves and help contribute to community needs. The values these children display include: responsibility, reliability, courage and willingness to ‘have a go’ at new challenges. The JSC role helps to foster these qualities, which will stand them in good stead throughout their lives.
